Advanced Theoretical and Practical Course in Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
Goals
Provide knowledge on advanced theoretical and practical topics of Liquid Chromatography that serve for its subsequent application in the fields of research, production and services.
Course structure (3 days):
The course consists of 4 teaching hours where more significant advanced theoretical aspects will be taught and 20 hours of practicals on advanced topics in the management of various HPLC (Agilent) will be taught: familiarization with the hardware, commissioning, use of the OpenLab software Chemstation, creation and editing of methods, development and optimization of methods, general aspects of validation of HPLC methods, good use and maintenance of an HPLC and resolution of problems.
Level:
This course is aimed at those people who work in the field of Gas Chromatography and need to expand and deepen their practical knowledge.
