Neuroleptics in Plasma / Serum
Neuroleptics belong to the class of psychoactive drugs and are administered in the therapy of psychoses, in particular in the symptomatic treatment of schizophrenia.
Manual Sample Preparation:
The ClinMass® Add-On Set for Neuroleptics (order no. MS9300) contains all analyte-specific components for the determination of 28 different neuroleptics. The ClinMass® TDM Platform (order no. MS9000) contains the components needed for sample preparation and LC-MS/MS analysis. It can be used with all ClinMass® Add-on Sets of the TDM Kit System (BZP, TCA, …). The analytical column is suitable for the whole analyte panel (156 compounds).
On-line SPE:
The ClinMass® Add-On Set, for Neuroleptics, on-line, (order no. MS9350) contains all analyte specific components for the determination of 28 different neuroleptics. The analysis is performed by HPLC with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The ClinMass® TDM Platform (order no. MS9050) contains the components needed for sample preparation and LC-MS/MS analysis. It can be used with all ClinMass® Add-on Sets of the TDM Kit System (BZP, TCA, …). The analytical column is suitable for the whole analyte panel (153 compounds).
